Kat is the founder of Balance. She is a Certified Group Fitness Instructor, Registered Yoga teacher and the only Certified 3x3 Fit Master Trainer currently teaching in NYS.

Also a professional Chef (graduate of the French Culinary Institute), Kat believes healthy eating combined with exercise and mindfulness is the combination necessary to living a balanced life.

Angela is a RYT200 and Y12SR leader who’s passionate about yoga and recovery and has combined the two. A professional writer since college, she changed her path four years ago and never looked back. She believes a healthy body and mind are intrinsically connected, and helping people is her passion. In her seventh year of recovery, she still writes, volunteers her time inspiring people in detox and rehab, is the proud mother of two grown girls and loves reading, outdoor sports, travel and dessert. Angela’s teaching ranges from sports and fitness clubs to rehabilitation facilities to private lessons. In her words, “energy is the commerce of the universe, and I believe we get back what we give out. Give time.”

Millie has been a Nurse for the past 25 yrs and is now a certified Health and Wellness coach and certified Chair Yoga instructor.


She is the owner of M. Elia Wellness, LLC an integrative health coaching service that specializes in disease prevention and Chair Yoga for post-treatment recovery.


Integrative Health and Wellness Coaching:
Personalized wellness coaching that empowers women on their journey through cancer prevention, survivorship and chronic illness. Millie partners with you using a wholistic approach to healthier eating, lifestyle and mindfulness practices that help you to achieve your long term health and wellness goals.

 


 


Chair Yoga


This gentle form of yoga is suitable for any age and health conditions such as those recovering from medical 

treatments, surgeries, living with chronic illness, or in office work environments.


Experience all the amazing benefits of traditional mat yoga but modified to support you in a chair. Perfect for stress relief, reduced stiffness, increased flexibility and muscle strength. 
We focus on mindfulness, relaxation techniques and breath work all of which help manage pain and reduce anxiety.

Paul Narad

Reiki Master-Teacher, Integrated Energy Therapy Master-Instructor, Nationally Certified Massage Therapist, YERTS Instructor

Paul entered the healing profession after many years in the educational and recreational fields. In addition to facilitating Reiki circles and his private practice, Paul is also a master/teacher of Integrated Energy Therapy. which helps remove unwanted thoughts and feelings and replaces them with beneficial ones. Paul is also a poet and author of several plays and has developed a relaxation and exercise program called YERTS that combines Yoga, Exercises, Reiki and Tai Chi.
