Kat is the founder of Balance. She is a Certified Group Fitness Instructor, Registered Yoga teacher and the only Certified 3x3 Fit Master Trainer currently teaching in NYS.
Also a professional Chef (graduate of the French Culinary Institute), Kat believes healthy eating combined with exercise and mindfulness is the combination necessary to living a balanced life.

Angela is a RYT200 and Y12SR leader who’s passionate about yoga and recovery and has combined the two. A professional writer since college, she changed her path four years ago and never looked back. She believes a healthy body and mind are intrinsically connected, and helping people is her passion. In her seventh year of recovery, she still writes, volunteers her time inspiring people in detox and rehab, is the proud mother of two grown girls and loves reading, outdoor sports, travel and dessert. Angela’s teaching ranges from sports and fitness clubs to rehabilitation facilities to private lessons. In her words, “energy is the commerce of the universe, and I believe we get back what we give out. Give time.”

Paul entered the healing profession after many years in the educational and recreational fields. In addition to facilitating Reiki circles and his private practice, Paul is also a master/teacher of Integrated Energy Therapy. which helps remove unwanted thoughts and feelings and replaces them with beneficial ones. Paul is also a poet and author of several plays and has developed a relaxation and exercise program called YERTS that combines Yoga, Exercises, Reiki and Tai Chi.
